make 3 lines for whiskers do the same on your index finger,make a little bow near the cuticle on your ring finger.Outline the bow.
You can stop here if you not good a drawing or dont think you can draw hello kitty.Now if you want to draw hello kitty on your thumb.

You need Pure ice Superstar,Butter London Hardwear Top Coat,black nail polish or acrylic paint,thin brush,dotting tool.
Firstly you paint your nail with white color and make 2 dots as a guideline for the shape of the skull. Create a curved line and then a vertical line on each side.
Fill the sides in with black. Add a horizontal line, then short vertical lines for the teeth.With a dotting tool,make 2 large dots for the eye sockets.Lastly add an upside down heart shape.
